THE VENUE

Participants to the Eleventh Meeting of Mine Action Programme Directors and UN Advisers are asked to cover their own costs for accommodation. Hotels have been identified for participants and reservations will be facilitated by the organizers. Hotel bookings will be made on a first come first served basis.

The organizers will also be responsible for the transport of participants from one venue to another once the Meeting has begun.

SLOVENIA

While in Ljubljana, Slovenia, the Eleventh International Meeting will be held in Austria Trend Hotels & Resorts.

Four hotels have been identified to accommodate participants:

ITF will be facilitating hotel bookings and reservations while in Slovenia. Participants will receive a confirmation notice of their reservation.

Filling the registration form, ITF will inform you about the accomodation possibility. When making reservations directly to hotel, please include refference "11 UN MEETING".

CROATIA

While in Šibenik, Croatia, the Eleventh International Meeting will be held in Solaris hotels.

Participants are expected to be accommodated in the Solaris hotel complex. ( www.solaris.hr )

CRO MAC is facilitating hotel bookings and reservations while in Croatia. Participants will receive a confirmation notice of their reservation.
