FLIGHT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Participants to the Eleventh Meeting of Mine Action Programme Directors and UN Advisers are asked to cover their own travel costs to and from the Meeting, including transfer from and to the airport. 

It is recommended that participants arrive at Ljubljana airport for the sessions in Slovenia and depart from either Split or Zadar airports in Croatia once the meeting concludes. 

Organizers will be responsible for the transport of participants from one venue to another during the week-long Meeting. 

Organizers can also help facilitate arrangements for airport pick-ups and drop-offs providing that all flight details are provided at least two weeks in advance.
