FINAL DATES
If you plan to attend the meeting, it is very important that you register online because it is the basis in which we will (a) make hotel bookings; (b) arrange for transport from Slovenia to Croatia; (c) facilitate visa issuance; (d) finalize our participants list; and (e) plan for the other various conference and catering services and administrative needs.
To facilitate this process, we would kindly ask those who have not done so yet to confirm your participation by return email and to complete the registration form online at www.itf-fund.si by 4 March 2008. Please note that we will not be able to accept confirmations after this point.
For those who have registered online already, we have made changes to the registration forms so please update your information and fill out the new forms also by 4 March 2008.
To make an appropriate hotel booking, we would kindly ask to complete two registration forms for Slovenia and Croatia and send it by returning email to ljubljana@itf-fund.si or vardis@un.org by 18 March 2008. Both registration forms will be forwarded to your email address accordingly to your username at the web page.
If you are not planning to attend, also kindly let us know by return email by 15 March 2008.
Last day for registering on-line is 31 March 2008.
